  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number from tryadon.store) is required for all return requests.
Any items returned after the 30-day window, or items that are worn, damaged, altered, or missing original packaging/tags, will not be eligible for refunds or returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
  • Clearance and discounted sale items
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
  • Digital products, downloadable content, or gift cards
  • Hygiene-sensitive goods (per health and safety regulations)

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our shipping or packing error, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue, packaging, and shipping label.
We will arrange a full refund, free replacement, or free return shipping for qualified defective/incorrect orders at no cost to you after verification.
